Responsibilities:

• Build SMT and Mixed Technology printed circuit board assemblies, placing components on boards per controlled parts lists, drawing documentation and quality workmanship guidelines.
• Responsible for preparation, placement and installation using a modern SMT line.
• Operate the equipment, including understanding the sequence of events, the control panel, and indicators, and understanding how to replenish supplies and components.

Desired Background/Skills:

• Knowledge in printed circuit boards is ideal but not required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, job orders, specifications, drawings, schematics, process sheets, wiring diagrams, and small print.
• Intermediate level in MS Office applications (Word and Excel).
• Ability to work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail to produce quality results.
