CoWorx Staffing is hiring for Production Operators on days and night shift positions located in Hampton, NH. Pay rate will be $19 for day shift and $22 for night shift. Working 12 hours, less days with more days off. Open for entry level candidates!

Responsibilities:

– With little supervision, sets up, operates and performs complex maintenance on a variety of specialized production and non-production equipment.
– May sort, load, unload, check and inspect.
– Instructs and directs one or more Assistants.
– Keep necessary records, report rejects, and failure patterns.
– Works to sketches, diagrams, drawings, written and verbal instructions.
– Responds appropriately to system, process, or material problems.
– Perform required inventory functions (e.g. inquiries, updates, transactions, certs).
– Follow SOP’s & SOC’s using correct materials and tools.
– Perform required tasks for product changeover and startup.
– Previous experience in the operation of high-volume manufacturing equipment and the use of common hand tools.
– Set up machine.
– Understands all job hazards, demonstrates safe behaviors.

Desired Background/Skills:

– Previous manufacturing candidate will be preferred but not required.
– The ability to read and interpret assembly prints and basic blueprints.

Available schedules:
– 6am – 6pm Sunday – Tuesday every other Wednesday
– 6pm – 6am Sunday – Tuesday every other Saturday
