CoWorx is looking for Customer Service Representatives for a nationwide logistics company in Selma, TX! This is a great temporary to hire opportunity starting at $15 per hour on a rotating schedule. This position requires flexibility to work as early as 7:30am and as late as 9pm, Monday to Saturday.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email.
• Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner.
• Diagnose, assess and resolve problems or issues.
• Monitor progress of delivery routes.
• Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps.
• Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders.

Desired Background/Skills:

• Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-year related experience preferably within a call center environment.
