We are seeking Call Center Representatives in the Marlborough, MA area!

Must be able to attend a paid orientation in Marlborough, MA – however, the role is remote. Computer equipment will be provided.

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls from customers looking for healthcare information.
• Update customer information in system.
• Troubleshoot as needed.

Desired Background/Skills:

• Ideal candidate would have some call center experience.
• Must have strong computer skills, a clear and friendly customer service voice, and accurate data entry skills.
• Medical terminology knowledge a plus but not required.

Hours: 10:30am-7:00pm
