CoWorx Staffing has a Tool Setter, direct hire opportunity within the greater Waterbury area!

Responsibilities:

– The applicant will be responsible for maintaining and repairing tooling on US Baird and Waterbury Farrell transfer presses. No set-up is required.
– Making necessary adjustments to maintain quality control specification of parts.
– Restating presses after coil changes
– Ability to diagnose problems with tooling or presses.

Desired Background/Skills:

– Journeyman Certificate or 2 plus years of related experience or training.
– Must be able read blue prints and quality drawings (part prints).
