CoWorx Staffing Services has exciting, new opportunities for Forklift Operators in Joliet, IL!

The Forklift Driver will locate and stock customer material while maintaining accurate accounting of internal transactions, placement, and movement of material. This position will also be responsible for pulling and staging customer material for shipment based on orders by safely operating a Powered Industrial Truck.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in and support the principles of Great Game of Business and Open Book Management
• Perform general shipping location and preparation duties, including preparing items for shipment and affixing shipping labels
• Verify and keep accurate records of material movements in the warehouse
• Demonstrate an understanding of the supply chain quality policy
• Receive, process, and perform inspections of materials, supplies, tools, fixtures, and parts
• Responsible for shipping, pulling orders and completing required paperwork
• Participate in cycle counting activities as needed
• Perform set-up and material handling duties and combine like parts into locations
• Load and unload trailers as needed
• Use a handheld scanner with a high degree of accuracy

Desired Background/Skills:

• 1 year Forklift experience
• Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, with possible overtime when needed

• 1st shift 6:00am-2:30pm
• 2nd shift 3:00pm- 11:30pm

Romeoville location:
• 1st shift 7:30am -3:30pm
• 2nd shift 4:00 pm – 12:30am
