Dexter Russell is a cutlery manufacturing company with locations in Southbridge and Sturbridge, MA. It is the largest US manufacturer of professional cutlery, and is also the oldest cutlery manufacturer in the United States.

Openings available in Sturbridge AND Southbridge!

Responsibilities:

• Heat Treat Operators
• Machine Grind Setup
• Serrator Operator
• Sanisafe
• QC Inspector
• And more!

Desired Background/Skills:

• Previous manufacturing experience is desired, but may not be necessary for some roles.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Other Information:

Shifts Available:
• 1st Shift: 7:00am – 3:30pm, Monday-Friday, OT when requested
• 2nd Shift: 3:30pm-1:30am, Monday-Thursday, OT when requested (requires training on 1st shift, 7:00am-3:30pm for 2 weeks, 10:00am-8:00pm for 2 weeks Monday-Friday
• 2nd Shift for Heat Treat roles are 2:00pm – 10:00pm, Monday-Friday, OT when requested *training on 1st
