Job Description

CoWorx Staffing has new opportunities for Technical Support/Customer Service Associates Marlborough, MA. In this role you will be responsible for telephone contact with customers and outside service technicians, assisting the sales team with customer relations, order processing, and computer input.

Job Requirements

Primary Duties:
  • Answer calls and e-mails from customers and service technicians and help troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues
  • Process orders received by phone, fax & e-mail
  • Evaluate, test and process part returns via Return Materials Authorization process
  • Document unique call history in customer accounts
  • Resolve warranty repairs and / or arrange for warranty service calls
  • Initiate resolution and follow through
  • Follow up on open / unresolved issues with customers
  • Create and update customer accounts in QuickBooks
  • Willingness to be flexible with daily routine
  • Must be able to work independently and as a team
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Must have strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Electro mechanical knowledge
  • Ability to read schematics
  • Ability to manage stressful situations professionally, multitask, and prioritize
