CoWorx Staffing Services seeks Senior Principal Technicians for a busy manufacturer in Keene NH. These are Direct Hire positions. 2nd and 3rd shift available.
Primary Duties:
- Advanced troubleshooting and repair of mechanical/electrical issues
- Leverage effective Root Cause Analysis for issue rectification
- Communicate technical problems to both technical & non-technical teams
- Modify and install approved fixturing
- Redline/revise preventative maintenance tasks for approval
- Perform non-routine testing and tasks in support of Engineering activities
- Oversee PM tasks within assigned area, actively managing the PM plan
- Look-up, retrieve, and order parts
- Generate work order requests
- Document production information with computer programs and/or systems (Microsoft Office)
- Mentor and train Level 1 / 2 / 3 & 4 employees
- Lead others in completing tooling changes on assigned machines
- Complete Backflushing in Oracle for processes within department
Qualifications:
- Experience working with large capital equipment
- Strong technical skills and abilities
- Basic understanding of computers & Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated ability to perform calibration tasks for transducers, forming stations, etc.
- Previous Test Technician, Engineering Technician, or Service Technician experience preferred
