Job Description

CoWorx Staffing is currently hiring Coating Operators for new opportunities in East Bridgewater, MA. In this role you will be responsible for operating spray boots, vacuum coaters, and completing hand spray-painting.

Job Requirements

Primary Duties:

  • Follow written and verbal work instructions, procedures, and processes 
  • Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements 
  • Move fixtures & trucks in and out of spray booths, vacuum coaters and ovens 
  • Operate automatic spray booths and vacuum coaters 
  • Hand spray paint as required
  • Maintain clean facility (including cleaning out spray guns)
  • Perform and document quality tests to ensure product quality 

Qualifications:

  • Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal English
  • Basic mathematical skills
  • Ability to read and interpret measuring devices
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time during 8-hour shift 
  • Good interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to detect differences in color shades and brightness
