Our premier Motorsports client is seeking an experienced Helpdesk Support Technician. These roles are responsible for providing technical assistance to users throughout the company including software, hardware, and network support.

Job Requirements

Primary Duties:

  • Handle incoming user requests in a call center environment
  • Diagnose and resolve issues by guiding users through step-by-step solutions 
  • Update Helpdesk Tracking Systems
  • Pass complex end-user problems to appropriate Network Team 
  • Troubleshoot PC hardware, software and printer problems
  • Resolve basic office phone issues as well as supported phone software
  • Monitor and troubleshoot system access - including basic network and server 
  • Set-up and configure PC and phone for new hires, transfers and terminations. Maintain and upgrade PC systems
  • Assist with documents, e-mail, Internet and VPN dial-in
  • Set-up training classrooms


  • Highschool Diploma or Equivalent
  • Associates or equivalent preferred
  • 5 years experience working with computer tech in business environment
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with Windows XP, Windows 7, Microsoft Office, Remote Desktop and other Company and discipline specific software applications
  • May require moving objects of up to 25lbs
