Job Description

CoWorx Staffing has new opportunities for Forklift Operators in Suwanee, GA. In this role you will be responsible for filling customer orders by operating a Cherry Picker and/or Reach Truck in a fast paced environment.

Job Requirements

Primary Duties:

  • Operate equipment to move product in an efficient and safe manner
  • Use an RF scan gun to determine proper products to be moved, gathered, or distributed 
  • Assemble customer orders from stock and place orders on pallets, shelves or conveyors
  • Assist Receiving Department with unloading new arrival merchandise from trucks when needed
  • Assist inventory and returns department with day to day operation
  • Assemble component parts to build various types of lockers and cabinets
  • Utilize various manual, air and electrical hand tools in an efficient and safe manner

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience operating a Reach Truck and/or Cherry Picker 
  • Minimum of 1 year experience working in a Warehouse environment
  • Minimum of 1 year experience with material handling equipment 
  • Previous experience utilizing an RF Scanner 
  • Must be proficient in reading and interpreting assembly instructions and drawings
  • Independently able to lift products weighing up to 75 lbs on a continuous basis
  • Able to stand, walk, pull, and bend 100% of the day on a continuous basis 
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Hours Available:

  • 7:00am-3:30pm, M-F
  • 12:30pm-9:00pm, M-F
  • 5:00pm-1:30am, Sunday-Thursday
