In this position you will provide support to Home Partners of America customers and agents throughout the “Lease Purchase Program” process.



Breakdown of the Role:

  • Act as the Customer Solutions team for Home Partners of America.

  • Handle incoming calls from prospective residents and agents with questions or concerns regarding the program.

  • Conversion focused on driving registrants through the application process and ultimately into submitting homes for Home Partners of America to purchase.

  • Follow a specific call flow process which defines specific prospective resident or agent touch points according to client and company policy and procedures.

  • Troubleshoot and act as technical support at times using the Dashboard and escalate issues and/or concerns to QA when necessary.

  • Assist in pulling leads from the interface and work according to client and company policy and procedures.

  • Manage their Task List and respond to emails in a timely manner.

  • Required to be compliant with all event driven follow up calls in an effort to drive conversion.

  • Required to achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within a scheduled time frame.

Job Requirements

Where You Fit In: 

  • College degree preferred, or at least 2-3 years of business experience

  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales is required

  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills is required

  • Computer efficient

  • Call center background a plus

  • Real estate and/or mortgage background preferred

  • Must possess excellent communication skills – oral and written

  • Advanced listening and probing skills required

  • Rapport building skills required

  • Strong planning and organizational skills, process management, and a self-starter

  • Embraces diversity

  • Ability to make a high number of calls per day

  • Operate well under stress

  • Team player 

  • Direct internet access, no Wi-Fi, must be a direct connection. 

  • Bilingual is a plus

  • M-Friday

  • 10-7pm- EST
