Job Requirements

Primary Duties:

  • Answering and directing phone calls to relevant staff
  • Scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Utilize office equipment including printers and fax machines
  • Distribute incoming and outgoing mail
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations
  • Organize, print, file, and store company documents

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
  • Experience as Office Administrator or Secretary a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized with shifting priorities
